DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS

In the event of inclement weather warranting stoppage of play of any event, events will be delayed until conditions become safe. The Eastside Games will follow industry best practices for lightning, and other hazardous conditions. Should a delay reach the point of overlapping with another event or making it impossible to continue due to lease of space expiration or darkness, the event will be cancelled. No medals will be awarded for a cancelled event, however hosting points and adoption points still apply.
