There are a few things you'll need to know to compete in the Eastside Games Lip-sync Competition. Follow these rules and practice up and you'll be bringing home the gold!
RULES: 1) Contestants (or teams) will attempt to make the finals by competing with a single song of their choosing.
2) If a contestant or team makes the finals, they will have to sing one of 4 songs (listed below).
3) Points are awarded for early submission, being in sync, thematic believability, use of props, and visual impact.
4) Each contestant's (or team's) competition song must be chosen prior to the event. Submit your song (name and artist) via the form below:
FINALS SONGS
Anyone making the finals must sing one of four predetermined songs. They are:
We Didn't Start the Fire - Billy Joel
I love Rock and Roll - Joan Jett and the Blackhearts
Mountain Music - Alabama
Bad Habits - Ed Sheeran
Each title above can be found as a youtube song for practice. Good luck! *Should any contestant or team use one of the finals songs for their competition song, they will not be allowed to sing that same song for the finals.
